A MANCHESTER taxi driver was taken to hospital in a serious condition after he was repeatedly stabbed in the inner city district of Moss Side.
The cabbie was found collapsed with multiple stab wounds in Rushkin Avenue after a local resident called 999.
A spokesman for the Greater Manchester Police said:
Shortly before 8:10pm on Saturday 11 November, police were called to reports that a taxi driver had been stabbed in the Moss Side area. Emergency services attended and a man was taken to hospital, where he remains in a serious but stable condition.
