HERMES GERMANY HAS restructured its services so online merchants can offer a greater variety of delivery options to their customers.

Hermes RequestService will provide a more convenient delivery service to customers by allowing a range of options, including a three-hour delivery window on a chosen day and delivery to an alternative address or to one of Hermes’ 14,000 parcel shops across the country.

Thomas Horst, managing director of sales for Hermes Germany, said “By restructuring, we want to more effectively highlight these services and encourage more merchants to offer their customers additional shipping options.

“Because only merchants who focus on the customer, even during the shipping process, will have long-term success.”
