APC Overnight has launched two new apps: APC Direct for mobile booking and tracking and APC EXPECT a pre-delivery notification service.
APC Direct allows customers to book, pay for and track parcels using their smartphone, although it’s only available on iPhones until May 2017 when the Android version will be launched.
APC EXPECT sends customers a text or email confirming their two-hour delivery window, meaning UK SMEs can provide their consumers with a convenient and transparent delivery service.
